“The hotel is located on the pedestrian street with lots of expensive shops, also very close to the waterfront. Great staff, very helpful. Good breakfast and nice rooms. Try Spaghetti House for dinner, very close by. I was disappointed to find that the funicular was out of service as that would have been quicker from the train station and closer to the hotel. “Hotel San Carlo was perfectly located just a block away from the lake. I can't say enough good things about the staff, especially Franco! He went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are very clean. t can be a little noisy at night with outside noise, but you'd probably get that anywhere in this town.“
